iGaming platform provider Vegangster has unveiled a new partnership with Smartico.
As part of the new relationship, Smartico’s series of AI-powered gamification and CRM technology will be integrated into Vegangster’s ecosystem.
“Together, we’re equipping operators with solutions that elevate engagement and translate it into lasting business growth,” enthused Smartico’s Co-Founder, Yuval Mechoullam.
Vegangster’s operator partners will now be able to access a suite of retention tools that are powered by AI-driven automation and segmentation, allowing operators to deliver campaigns with greater personalisation in real-time.
“We build our platform to give operators the sharpest tools to launch quickly and scale with confidence. Partnering with Smartico takes that further, as our clients can now set a new standard for retention with AI-powered automation and gamification,” detailed Michael Oziransky, Chief Product Officer at Vegangster.
Exploring an AI future
Personalisation and the role of AI were widely discussed topics during the recent SBC Summit in Lisbon.
As the personalisation economy continues to thrive not just in iGaming but in the wider entertainment industry, Viktoriia Grygorenko, CEO of The Playa, highlighted that the journey to personalisation, especially when utilising AI, can commence even when data is at a minimum, as predictions can be made based on previous players’ engagement trends.
However, experts also warned that while the excitement around its prospects is undeniable, a human touch must remain to retain balance.
André Sapuca, Principal Product Manager at BetMGM Brazil, noted that when AI is prompted poorly, errors will inevitably surface.
Sapuca said that he has seen issues ranging from bonus offers to social media posts that simply didn’t make sense.
“It was obvious the content had been generated by AI, but what was more concerning was the lack of oversight – raising the question of whether anyone had properly proofed the material before publishing,” he said.
