Strive Gaming will lead the revamp of Delta Bingo & Gaming’s online offering through a new partnership.

Delta, which provides bingo and gaming machines at 20 land-based locations, primarily in Maryland and Ontario, is seeking to expand the scope of its online offering after it launched its digital business in 2023.

Strive will provide its player account management (PAM) services to Delta via the Strive Infinity Engine, which helps to drive higher lifetime values via operational automation and contextual real-time engagement.

Leo Perri, CEO of Delta Bingo & Gaming, commented: “Strive Gaming is an experience provider in the markets we operate in and has made a great effort to understand our needs.

“Their specialised focus and dedication align with our customer experience goals, and we believe that they can help us bring our customers a world-class digital casino experience. We’ve been impressed by not just their technology, but their team depth as well. We expect that this is going to be a true collaboration, and we look forward to working with them for a long time”

Strive systems are already live in a multitude of states and provinces across North America, including Ontario. In a release, the company emphasised that its platform has been developed purely for the post-PASPA North American market.

Golden Nugget, PointsBet and Four Winds Casinos are among the companies currently utilising Strive’s services.

Leading the way

Speaking to SBC Americas, a Strive spokesperson detailed the reach of the supplier across North America, stating that the firm has more B2B customers on PAM than any other PAM provider in North America.

“It’s an unfathomable achievement for a business that was founded only in 2021 and has nowhere near the size and value of our competitors,” added the spokesperson. “We are hugely focused on our technology and our customers like no one else in the PAM space.

“We are really looking forward to this launch and how it helps our journey at Strive on achieving our long-term goal of continuing to be the number one B2B PAM provider in the US and Canada.”

Specifically on its new partnership with Delta, the spokesperson noted the optimism that surrounds the deal among Strive’s leaders.

“This is a significant and exciting partnership for Strive as this is yet another migration project of an established operator that has such huge to-be-tapped potential in the market,” concluded the spokesperson.

“We’ve handled the migration of millions of players now across multiple operators, and it’s a testament to the trust operators have in us to replace their older platforms.”
