Galaxsys has established a meaningful reputation as a force to be reckoned with when it comes to crash games in recent years. The success of titles such as Crasher and Rocketon and the launch of Chicken Crash attest to that.
Alongside crash games, the provider also develops fast games like Ninja Crash, Dr. Shocker and many more. All this experience of developing faster games has given Galaxsys a unique perspective of what makes players of those games tick. And in recent months, it has noticed that those traits can be transferred to slots.
Over the last 18 months, Galaxsys made a strategic pivot to begin developing slot games but keeping that fast-paced and engaging nature into the games.
To discuss this strategy and some of the slot titles that Galaxsys has brought to the market, iGaming Expert met with CEO Hayk Sargsyan, who pulled the curtain on the provider’s slot development factory.
Why has Galaxsys decided to expand its product portfolio from just crash games to a wider slot development program?
The decision was not an overnight one – we carefully considered it and launched our first slots at the beginning of last year. Our first slot titles, El Dorado, Olympian Legends and Funny Faces: Hoglet-Moglet, were picked up by top-tier operators very quickly, and their performance in terms of session lengths and return rates has been above market average. Later during the year, we added some other slots like Fruity Wilds, Guardians of Glory and have many upcoming titles for this year.

While our crash and fast games have established a strong reputation across the industry, expanding into slots is a natural next step in our evolution as a game provider. Our partners increasingly look for diversified portfolios from a single supplier and introducing slots allows us to deliver a more complete offering within one integration.
Another important factor is the knowledge we’ve built through developing fast our portfolio of fast games. These titles taught us a lot about pacing, engagement and player interaction and we’re bringing those insights into our slot development process.
Our goal is not simply to add slots to the portfolio, but to reinterpret them through the lens of the dynamic gameplay experiences that Galaxsys is known for. Overall, this expansion allows us to support our partners with a broader product mix while staying true to our identity as a studio focused on engaging and modern gameplay.
What are the hallmarks of a successful slot game and how does Galaxsys showcase these in your games?
A successful slot game balances several key elements: intuitive gameplay, strong visual identity, engaging mechanics and a reward structure that keeps players entertained over time. A slot should be easy to understand from the first spin but offer enough depth to maintain interest.
At Galaxsys, we place particular emphasis on game flow and entertainment value. Our development teams focus on clean and modern visual design, smooth animations and mechanics that feel responsive and dynamic. Another hallmark of success is adaptability. We design our slots so they can perform well across different markets and devices, ensuring seamless performance on both desktop and mobile environments. Combined with our ability to customise themes or features for partners, this allows us to create games that stand out while remaining flexible for various operator needs.
How do you decide on the features and mechanics that you choose in your games?
Our approach combines data, creativity and industry experience. We closely monitor market trends and partner feedback to understand which mechanics resonate most strongly across different regions. At the same time, we look for opportunities to introduce mechanics that add something fresh to the experience.
The design process typically begins with a core gameplay idea. From there, our product, mathematics and design teams collaborate to refine how features interact with the game’s pacing and reward structure. We test multiple variations during development to be sure that the mechanics are both engaging and balanced.
Because Galaxsys originally built its reputation through fast and highly interactive games, we often aim to incorporate a sense of dynamism into our mechanics. Even in more traditional formats like slots, we explore ways to keep the gameplay lively and rewarding while keeping familiar structures that players enjoy.
What makes Galaxsys games resonate with players and in which markets have you seen success in?
One of the key reasons Galaxsys games resonate strongly is their accessibility. Our titles are designed to be straightforward and easy to understand, while still offering engaging gameplay loops. This balance allows them to appeal to a wide range of audiences.
Another important factor is the pace and energy of our games. Many of our titles are designed with quick rounds and clear feedback, creating an experience that feels dynamic and interactive. This approach has proven particularly successful in markets where players appreciate faster gameplay formats.
In terms of geographic performance, we’ve seen strong traction in regions such as Latin America, Europe and parts of Asia. These markets have responded very positively to our fast and slot titles and as we expand our portfolio, we’re continuing to build on that success while entering additional regulated markets through new certifications and partnerships.
What demographic of player are you targeting with your slots and what do you do to achieve this?
Our slots are designed to appeal to a broad digital audience, particularly players who enjoy visually engaging games with dynamic gameplay elements. Many of these players are already familiar with fast and interactive formats, which is why we often design slots that feel energetic and modern rather than overly traditional.
To reach this audience, we focus on several factors: intuitive design, mobile-first optimisation and themes that are visually appealing and globally relevant. Additionally, our flexibility as a studio allows us to adapt certain aspects of the game, such as branding or thematic elements, to better align with our partners’ audiences in different markets.
What is in Galaxsys’ product roadmap for 2026 and what can our readers expect to see from you this year?
2026 is shaping up to be another key year for Galaxsys. We are continuing to expand our slot portfolio while also introducing new fast-game concepts that build on the strengths that originally defined our studio. Innovation remains a priority and we’re exploring mechanics that combine engaging gameplay with fresh visual storytelling. Alongside new releases, we’re also focusing on strengthening our ecosystem around the games. This includes enhanced promotional tools for operators, deeper customisation options and continued expansion into new regulated markets.
Overall, readers can expect a steady stream of new titles, creative mechanics and continued evolution of the Galaxsys’ portfolio.
