TG Lab has renewed its focus on growth across Latin America through the opening of a new operational hub in Chile.
Based in the country’s capital, Santiago, the office will initially carry a 60-strong team charged with providing localised support to TG Labs’ partners across the regions’ Spanish-speaking countries, including Colombia, Argentina, Peru, Paraguay and Chile.
According to the company, the new hub will cover casino and sportsbook management, including expertise in fraud prevention, KYC, payments and customer support.
Ugnius Simelonis, CEO at TG Lab, commented: “Our goal is to deliver our clients the best service in LatAm, and we’re confident this new Managed Services Hub in Chile provides the operational backbone to serve partners across Spanish-speaking markets.
“Today’s announcement follows more than a year’s focused research. We see great opportunity in Chile and are delighted to be investing in a market that has so many casino specialists already.”
The new office adds to TG Labs’ existing premises in Foz do Iguaçu in Brazil, which opened in June 2025. As part of this opening, the company integrated SysGaming, the Brazilian-headquartered gambling software supplier acquired by TG Lab in December 2024.
Through the acquisition of SysGaming, operators such as Paraguay’s state monopoly Aposta.la and Argentina’s Playcet transitioned to the TG Lab platform.
The company has also cultivated partnerships with Stake to power its platforms in several LatAm markets, including Colombia, Brazil and Peru, and lists Betsson as another of its major global operator partners.
“All of our existing LatAm partners are showing incredibly strong commercial growth. Since our SysGaming acquisition, all those who migrated to our platform have recorded a 20-25% uplift in revenue through advanced automation, real-time analytics and enhanced gamification and loyalty tools. Our Santiago Hub will no doubt boost their performance even more,” concluded Simelonis.
The company has committed to both organic growth and identifying M&A opportunities as it seeks to solidify its position as a major B2B provider within Latin America.
