GR8 Tech has appointed Yevhen Krazhan as its new Chief Sales Officer.

Krazhan will be tasked with developing sales systems with a data and client focus, as well as strengthening the connection between the company’s commercial and product teams.

“I’m excited to take our commercial strategy and execution to the next level and achieve great results,” commented Krazhan.

“GR8 Tech is growing fast, and this transition lets me focus entirely on expanding our global sales, strengthening partnerships, and delivering solutions that meet the real needs of modern operators.”

Krazhan joined GR8 Tech as Head of Global Sales in March 2023, before transitioning to the role of Chief Business Development Officer in April last year.

In his previous role, GR8 Tech notes that Krazhan was “instrumental” in securing its international expansion, helping to lay the foundations for future success.

Krazhan’s transition follows other leadership changes at an executive level for GR8 Tech. Most recently, Kateryna Pozdnysheva was promoted to the position of Chief Client Officer, and Sergey Ghazaryan transitioned to the role of Chief Revenue Officer.

On the changes, GR8 Tech stated: “These appointments further reinforce the company’s client-centric approach across all functions and demonstrate GR8 Tech’s commitment to scaling in step with its growth and evolving client needs.”

Alongside internal shakeups, GR8 Tech has recently upgraded its Tournament engine, bolstering the offering with a refreshed tournament lobby, increased currency support and manual prize distribution.

The ‘Turn the Win On’ additions to GR8 Tech’s Tournament solution hope to allow operators to engage players with global tournaments that run more efficiently with enhanced strategies for user experience.

“Tournaments play a big role in increasing player retention and driving revenue growth,” said Ghazaryan.

“Our latest enhancements allow operators to customize tournaments and maximize participation. The more engaged players are, the longer they stay and the more they play, which leads to an increased profit for the operator.”
