GR8 Tech lauded the latest upgrade to its Tournament engine, bolstering the offering with a refreshed tournament lobby, increased currency support and manual prize distribution.
The ‘Turn the Win On’ additions to GR8 Tech’s Tournament solution hope to allow operators to engage players with global tournaments that run more efficiently with enhanced strategies for user experience.
“Tournaments play a big role in increasing player retention and driving revenue growth,” said Sergey Ghazaryan, CRO at GR8 Tech.
“Our latest enhancements allow operators to customize tournaments and maximize participation. The more engaged players are, the longer they stay and the more they play, which leads to an increased profit for the operator.”
Looking into GR8 Tech’s additions to the Tournament engine, the Tournament Lobby centralizes access, allowing players to browse through and take part in competitions with ease.
Players within GR8 Tech’s partners’ online casino platforms will be able to navigate current, upcoming and past events in one place, with competitions automatically prioritised by relevancy based on participation.
Meanwhile, Manual Prize Distribution gives operators full control over prize allocation and reward systems. Prize structures can be customised through the number of prizes, setting amounts and unique payout tiers – working for small events or high-stakes competitions.
The Tournament engine has also become enhanced by Enhanced Multi-Currency Support, enabling operators to run tournaments in any of the over 160 currency options supported by the solution. This includes both fiat and cryptocurrency options.
This week, GR8 Tech CPO Denys Parkhomenko spoke to SBC News about the firm’s plans to utilise Artificial Intelligence in order to tackle the number of difficulties currently facing operators.
“Think of it like a self-driving car,” he said. “AI won’t replace the driver, but it eliminates distractions, optimises routes, and helps avoid mistakes, making the journey smoother and more efficient.
“That’s exactly how we approach AI in iGaming: it won’t replace operators, but it will take over repetitive tasks, optimise decision-making, and free up teams to focus on strategy instead of manual work.”
