Blueprint Gaming has advanced its European growth strategy through a partnership with win2day, strengthening the company’s presence in the Austrian market.

Through the agreement, Blueprint will integrate its range of titles into win2day’s platform – Austria’s lone online casino operator. Titles such as Eye of Horus and Cash Strike will be included in the first batch of available content.

Georg Wawer, Managing Director of win2day, commented: “As Austria’s only licensed online gaming operator, win2day is committed to delivering premium, secure and fully compliant entertainment to our players.

“With Blueprint Gaming, we are adding a well-established and internationally recognised studio to our portfolio, known for its strong brands and high production standards.”

Blueprint Gaming holds a strong presence across Europe, and is licensed to supply major markets such as the UK, Germany and Italy. However, with this latest move, Blueprint is entering one of the last remaining markets in Europe to operate under a single operator model.

Casinos Austria operates win2day and is also responsible for Austria’s wider gaming market. The company reported revenue of €1.6bn (£1.39bn) in 2024 according to its latest annual report, up 7.4% compared to the €1.48bn (£1.29bn) reported in 2023.

The operator highlighted the growth of online gaming as a key driver for this growth through the win2day platform.

On the expansion, Samuel Haggblom, Director of Business Development at Blueprint Gaming, added: “Entering Austria with win2day represents a significant milestone in our European growth strategy. As the country’s only licensed online casino operator, it sets the standard for quality and responsibility, and we are proud to see our content launch on such a dynamic platform.

“Our portfolio has consistently delivered strong performance across regulated markets, and we look forward to introducing Austrian players to iconic titles, with more high-performing releases set to follow.”

Alongside expansion, Blueprint recently strengthened its commercial leadership through the appointment of Mattia Luchesini as the company’s Head of Account Management – International to lead the developer’s international account management function and develop strategic operator partnerships.
