Blueprint Gaming has announced the appointment of Mattia Luchesini as the company’s new Head of Account Management – International.

In his new role, Luchesini will be tasked with leading the developer’s international account management function, developing strategic operator partnerships and working across Blueprint’s commercial, product and delivery teams.

Matt Cole, Managing Director at Blueprint Gaming, commented: “Mattia brings valuable international experience and a strong understanding of what operators need from a long-term content partner.

“His appointment supports our continued focus on strengthening relationships and delivering a high standard of account management as Blueprint grows its global footprint.”

Luchesini is no stranger to the iGaming industry, and spent the last two and a half years working for Games Global, where, according to Blueprint, he built strong relationships with operators across EMEA.

Prior to that, he also spent 3 and a half years at the research firm Athenuem.

“It’s a great opportunity to join Blueprint at a time of strong international momentum,” added Luchesini.

“The business has a clear vision and a reputation for working closely with its partners, and I’m looking forward to contributing to that approach while helping to drive growth across global markets.”

All in on tournaments

Last month, iGaming Expert sat down with Blueprint’s Marketing Manager, Oliver Hall, who detailed the company’s vision to utilise tournaments to boost engagement.

“Tournaments give us a dynamic way to showcase our content in a format that’s far more engaging than a traditional product demo,” said Hall.

“Rather than simply talking through features or presenting a slide deck, operators and their teams can experience our games first-hand, feeling the difference between a Megaways title and a standard ways game, or seeing how mechanics such as Hold & Win or Rapid Fire Jackpots behave during live play.”
