Omnitronix has called on BetComply to boost its expansion efforts across regulated markets.

Through the agreement, BetComply will support Omnitronix’s efforts to deliver a new wave of online slots to regulated markets from the developers’ in-house studio, Mooncake.

Anna Satori, CEO and founder at Omnitronix, said: “BetComply understands what it takes to support genuinely different ideas. We are not producing hundreds of reskins or minor variations.

“Mooncake is about building completely original, narrative-driven slot experiences, and that requires a compliance partner with deep technical and regulatory understanding. We’re in safe hands with Mike and the BetComply team.”

BetComply will be tasked with supporting the certification and licensing of Mooncake Studio’s content as well as protecting its IP.

This latest partnership continues to solidify the confidence that the iGaming industry has shown in BetComply’s ability to support expansion.

Earlier this year, iGP announced a similar partnership with BetComply to support its transformation into a B2B-focused business through providing guidance across licensing applications, documentation preparation, internal controls and technical compliance.

Meanwhile, the player protection software provider Mindway AI also linked with BetComply for advice on its future roadmap for products and business opportunities.

On its latest collaboration, BetComply’s Chief Compliance Officer, Mike de Graaff, said: “Too often, studios are discouraged from trying something new because they have to navigate so many obstacles.

“The reality is that when compliance is considered from the very beginning of the development process, there is still significant room for creativity. Mooncake Studio is a great example of how innovative mechanics can be delivered responsibly and compliantly.”
