EveryMatrix has boosted its front-end capabilities with the acquisition of Goma Gaming.

The specialists in UX design will remain as a standalone unit but work alongside EveryMatrix’s current front-end division, adding a team with over 20 years of consumer product design and digital UX experience to the platform providers arsenal.

EveryMatrix notes that Goma has already experienced success with tier-one operators, generating a 30% margin uplift by delivering higher retention and longer engagement.

Andrew Brown, CEO, Goma Gaming, commented: “We’ve made great progress developing Goma in the last five years, but joining the EveryMatrix Group now means we have greater resources to rapidly scale our capacity whenever it’s needed and to make an even bigger impact.“

In recent weeks, Ebbe Groes, EveryMatrix’s CEO and Co-founder, has laid out the company’s own ambitions to secure a podium position as a tier-one technology provider.

On the latest acquisition, Groes said: “Our front-end development has made huge strides, creating bespoke sites and features for some of our largest customers such as Bet-at-home and the Hungarian Lottery.

“The addition of Goma means we will immediately have more front-end firepower to deploy and deliver to both existing and new sports and casino turnkey customers who require differentiation that moves the dial when it comes to higher retention, engagement, margin and revenues.”

As part of the process to achieve podium success, the company confirmed that from 1 January 2026, Jonas Groes will sit alongside his brother Ebbe Groes, as the company’s joint Chief Executives.

Jonas will be based in Copenhagen, where EveryMatrix has recently opened an office. For the last ten years, he has served as a Partner at EY’s Nordic consulting practice, where, according to EveryMatrix, he has helped lead projects with a focus on strategy, innovation and digitalisation towards major Government and infrastructure clients.

“As the company’s growth continues, tripling our headcount in the last five years, and as we work with more of the largest gaming brands and lotteries, I needed to find someone who knows what it takes to scale a business and reach the ambitious targets we have for the next five years,” said Ebbe Groes on the appointment.
