Fast Track has ushered in a new era for CRM by embracing the capabilities of agentic AI technology.

The company confirmed that it has integrated agentic AI into its Fast Track AI solution, which will allow CRM managers to utilise its technology to improve the efficiency of workflows.

Agentic AI is a strand of artificial intelligence that can operate autonomously to achieve a goal without human supervision, going beyond responding to prompts as is more familiar with platforms such as ChatGPT.

In the case of Fast Track’s solution, users will now be able to give the AI agents a goal which it will then work through by taking actions across multiple tools and data sources. The end user can then review the outcome before deploying the solution.

Simon Lidzén, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Fast Track, said that the company’s vision is to ‘digitalise the iGaming industry’, a strategy that began with the launch of Fast Track AI last year.

According to the company, including Agentic AI will reduce the need for hours of manual interaction and allow CRM teams to focus on enhancing their ‘overall strategy and creative concepts’.

Lidzén said: “We have seen strong traction with Fast Track AI since its release. Fast Track AI thrives in our ecosystem, where it combines the depth and granularity of real-time data with its vertical focus on and knowledge of iGaming, the capabilities of the Singularity model, and the orchestration that sits at the heart of the platform.

“We look forward to the possibilities this opens up for our customers, and to transition our industry into agentic workflows together.”

According to Fast Track, over 70% of its users tapped into the capabilities of natural language processing within the first three months of operation, and almost all use it on a day-to-day basis.
