Imagine Live CEO Martin Martirosyan has praised the significant impact of artificial intelligence being integrated into the supplier’s live casino offerings.
Martirosyan spoke about how AI, when it comes to dealer quality, has been an important contributing factor behind its success and how it will be used more within live casino.
Speaking at SBC Summit Lisbon, the Imagine Live CEO delved into AI and what it has helped the supplier achieve over the past year.
“One of the crucial changes for us in terms of the live casino was the integration of AI technology for our performance management for the dealers,” Martirosyan said.
“This has been absolutely fantastic success for us in the sense of controlling the dealer’s quality and that has been well appreciated, not only by the operators, but also by our players as well.
“We will continuously introduce new elements to that, so the AI is gradually learning new stuff, so we’ll be expanding the coverage of the AI technologies within the live casino. Another interesting aspect is the use more and more use of the robotic art technologies in terms of streaming and the camera control of our games.”
The Imagine Live CEO also provided insight into features that have helped with player engagement, highlighting the introduction of a progress bar in its Roulette Rouge title.
In addition, Martirosyan explained why localisation is key when it comes to entering new markets. Licences were recently obtained by the supplier in Romania and Greece, while Italy, Belgium and Ontario are on the horizon.
“When we enter into new markets, we assess the market, the players’ needs, the localisation, starting from the native languages, finishing with the technological aspects and what they are really looking for from us.
“That’s in place after a huge brainstorming process before entering into the market, to bring new aspects to that market specifically.”
