GR8 Tech has bolstered its leadership team with the appointment of Lusine Khudaverdyan as its new Head of Casino Business.
Khudaverdyan, who brings more than 10 years of experience in the iGaming industry to the company, will be tasked with expanding GR8 Tech’s product portfolio, improving operational efficiency and new market outreach.
Sergey Ghazaryan, Chief Revenue Officer of GR8 Tech, commented: “Lusine brings a rare mix of regional experience, operational depth, and strategic vision. Her leadership will be instrumental in scaling our casino solutions and delivering sustained value to our clients and partners.”
Prior to joining GR8 Tech, Khudaverdyan served as the Operations Director for South East Asia at Endorphina. Previously, she spent ten years at BetConstruct, fulfilling the roles of Project Manager, Business Development Executive, Project Manager and Regional Director during her tenure.

The addition of Khudaverdyan continues a trend of leadership changes at an executive level for GR8 tech.
In February, the company promoted Kateryna Pozdnysheva to Chief Client Officer, tasking her with using automation technologies and personalisation to deliver for GR8 Tech’s clients.
More recently, Yevhen Krazhan was elevated to the role of Chief Sales Officer. Krazhan joined GR8 Tech as Head of Global Sales in March 2023, before transitioning to the role of Chief Business Development Officer in April last year.
“GR8 Tech is growing fast, and this transition lets me focus entirely on expanding our global sales, strengthening partnerships, and delivering solutions that meet the real needs of modern operators,” said Krazhan on his promotion.
