ELA Games has bolstered its presence in Europe through a new content partnership with Betsson in Denmark.
As a result, the studio’s portfolio of games, including titles such as Flame Fruits Frenzy, Cash of Gods and Shark Time, will now be available on the operator’s platform in the Scandinavian country.
Laura Peretta, Head of Supplier Relations at Betsson Group, commented: “We are pleased to welcome ELA Games to our portfolio in Denmark. Their creative approach and high-quality content align perfectly with our commitment to offering diverse and engaging entertainment to our customers.”
This isn’t ELA Games’ first venture into Denmark, as the studio debuted in the country following a strategic partnership with the Copenhagen-based Casino House back in April.
This was closely followed by a similar deal with Danske Licens Spil, which saw the studio’s content added to the company’s Tivoli Casino platform.
Marharyta Yerina, ELA Games’ Managing Director, described the developer’s latest collaboration as a key step in its “growth strategy”, as linking with Betsson provides ELA Games access to the platform’s significant player base.
She added: “We strive to provide innovative entertainment and fresh gaming experiences to players, and we look forward to seeing how Betsson’s players will engage with our content.”
ELA boosts executive team
Yerina began her role at ELA Games in April, bringing over more than 12 years of finance and operations experience to the studio, having previously worked for the past four years at Evoplay as Head of Finance and as Chief Financial Officer.
More recently, ELA Games also announced the appointment of Peter Vonarshenko as Senior Business Development Manager.
Like Yerina, Vonarshenko has accrued significant experience in iGaming after serving as Business Development Manager for SOFTSWISS and Evoplay.
On his new role, Vonarshenko commented: “It’s a pleasure to work with ELA Games after hearing about the company for a while. The studio’s vision and innovative content resonates with me, and I look forward to helping ELA Games grow into an online gaming powerhouse.”
