3 Oaks Gaming has been granted a recognition note by the Malta Gaming Authority (MGA).
As a result, the developer’s portfolio of slot titles can now be offered to licensed operators in the Maltese market.
On the significance of the recognition, Yuriy Muratov, Chief Commercial Officer at 3 Oaks Gaming, commented: “Securing this recognition notice is a noteworthy achievement for us at 3 Oaks, as we can supply our renowned slot titles into the Maltese market. It reflects our strong commitment to delivering premium content to new audiences.”
The approval continues 3 Oaks Gaming’s ambitions to strengthen its presence across a selection of regulated markets worldwide.
The developer has already secured certifications from regulators in a number of jurisdictions, including Brazil, Romania, Greece and the UK.
Following these approvals, 3 Oaks Gaming debuted in the UK via a partnership with BVGroup. More recently, it reinforced its presence in Romania after announcing a new content partnership with WINBET.
Through the collaboration, Romanian players on the operator’s Winbet.ro platform gained access to titles such as 3 Hot Chillies: Hold and Win, Coin Up: Hot Fire and Coin Volcano: Hold and Win.
Speaking to iGaming Expert earlier this year, Muratov further detailed the supplier’s reasons for continuing its expansion efforts across regulated markets.
He explained that gaining entry to regulated jurisdictions allows 3 Oaks Gaming to “support our existing partners’ expansion goals while forging new relationships with operators in these regions”.
Muratov added: “More jurisdictions are embracing clear frameworks for gaming and content licensing, which creates a stable and transparent environment for us to operate in. We’ve aligned all our certifications and compliance processes to these evolving standards to meet market requirements.
