In the past week we’ve seen a number of deals across the iGaming industry as expansion efforts are intensified and collaborations are strengthened.
Soft2Bet sets sights on Spanish debut
Soft2Bet has made another European expansion move with the acquisition of a Spanish gaming operator with General Licences for other games and betting granted by the Directorate General for the Regulation of Gambling (DGOJ).
The deal allows Soft2Bet to expand its portfolio and deliver tailored casino gamification experiences to Spanish players for the first time.

Hub88 leverages Belatra’s slot portfolio
Hub88 has laid out plans to enhance its aggregation offering by forming an alliance with slot provider Belatra Games.
Entering this agreement will allow the slot studio to gain increased exposure across the iGaming industry as Hub88’s network of operator partners become able to access its slot content.

Hubb88’s partners will benefit from the partnership by gaining access to Belatra’s casino content, with games such as Mummyland Treasures, Rise of Zeus, Golden Øks and Make It Gold ready for integration on the aggregator’s platform.

Spinomenal takes on US market
Spinomenal is set to debut its catalogue of proprietary slot content in the US after the game developer gained a supplier license for New Jersey.
Facilitated via Pariplay’s Fusion aggregation platform, Spinomenal slots will be available to US players for the first time as they become available to all regulated operators partnered with the aggregator in the Garden State.
The US expansion effort comes as a result of Spinomenal gaining the appropriate approval from the East Coast state’s regulator – the Division of Gaming Enforcement (DGE).

Light & Wonder has launched Dream Pots across the UK and Europe, expanding its global jackpot services.
