EveryMatrix has closed what it has called the ‘largest ever deal’ for its SlotMatrix iGaming subsidiary, partnering with Norway’s Norsk Tipping.
The state-owned lottery, which provides betting and gaming products as well, will integrate SlotMatrix’s suite of third-party online casino games alongside new and existing in-house releases.
A second caveat of the deal will see EveryMatrix provide third-party content to Norsk Tipping’s Yezz range of titles. This is a mobile-first catalogue of ‘casual games’ with longer session times targeted towards ‘next generation players’.
Lars Martin Ottesen, Product Manager, Casino at Norsk Tipping, said: “We are glad to extend our partnership with EveryMatrix to be able to source casino content that matches our ambitions for years to come.
“We are confident that EveryMatrix’s expertise will provide great value for Norsk Tipping and support us in our overall content strategy.”
The deal builds on a historic partnership between EveryMatrix and Norway’s state gambling operator, with a content integration first agreed between the two back in 2016. The addition of Slots Matrix content follows from the delivery of EveryMatrix’s CasinoEngine to Norsk Tipping’s platform.
The deal kicks off 2025 in a big way for EveryMatrix, coming closely after the company revealed its full year results for 2024. Revenue was up 59% year-over-year (YoY) to €181m ($188.6m), driving a seventh consecutive profit margin of over 50%.
Last year also saw the company significantly expand its portfolio and reach via the acquisition of Fantasma Games. Content from Fantasma, alongside EveryMatrix’s home build platform Armadillo Studios, will be delivered to Norsk Tipping as part of its new deal with the firm.
Ebbe Groes, CEO and Co-Founder of EveryMatrix, said: “I’m delighted Norsk Tipping, one of our most valued partners, has chosen to continue to put their trust in us after almost 10 years of collaboration and we look forward to even more years working together.”
