SOFTSWISS is adding two new tournament features to its Game Aggregator – Tournaments Report and Instant Tournaments – to assist operators with their campaigns.

Consolidating key metrics into a single view, the iGaming solutions provider’s Tournaments Report opens the door for operators to understand player behaviour, compare campaigns and adjust strategies without having to switch between tools.

Tools such as campaign planning, format comparison, market analysis and game and provider performance will assist SOFTSWISS’ partnered operators in optimising their services quickly and speed up the campaign management process.

SOFTSWISS Senior Business Development Manager, Khoren Ispiryan, stated: “Tournaments are one of the strongest engagement tools we offer, but running them well means knowing exactly what each campaign delivers.

“In our Tournaments Report feature, we focused on complete performance visibility. Teams can quickly see which tournament formats actually drive engagement and revenue to use that insight right away.”

Instant Tournaments is a new mechanic which will allow for SOFTSWISS’ partnered operators to offer a chance for players to ‘race to hit a target multiplier instead of collecting points over time’.

Operators set the target multiplier and the number of winners, with options for a live progress ruler and consolation prizes. Once all the winning spots have been taken, the feature automatically closes.

SOFTSWISS launched Motion, a ‘no-code workflow automation tool’ which is part of its casino platform, earlier in April. The tool reduces the need for technical resources via automation aspects such as bonus issuance, segmentation and player tagging.

Suren Vardanyan, Head of Sales for SOFTSWISS’s Casino Platform, said: “Motion addresses a common operational constraint for operators – the dependency on technical resources for everyday CRM execution.

“By enabling teams to define and run player logic directly within the platform, it removes delays and manual steps. This allows CRM and retention teams to focus on strategy and player engagement, while supporting a shift toward more autonomous, where business teams can act faster and rely less on technical mediation.”
