Hub88 has committed to providing its partners with a more holistic understanding of player behaviours with the launch of its new Player Analytics tool.
Housed within the operator’s back office, the new tool aims to deliver ‘powerful segmentation, deep-dive player insights and advanced risk detection’, collating player analytics from multiple data siloes into one interface.
Ollie Castleman, Managing Director of Hub88, said: “With high volumes of player activity, modern operators are often overwhelmed by raw data. Player Analytics gives teams the ability to understand player behaviour at both a high level and a more granular level, without relying on manual processes or specialists.
“Operators deserve clarity, speed and actionable insight, and through this new tool, they can make smarter decisions with confidence.”
It is hoped that by creating a central tool for player analytics, Hub88’s operator partners can both improve team efficiency and benefit from improved insights, allowing them to create more informed business decisions.
The tool will comprise two core interfaces: table view and the player profile. The former, Hub88 said, will enable operators to filter and segment players by various criteria, including date, product, country, devices and currency. Operators will also be able to search for player IDs and save custom segments for ongoing analysis.
Meanwhile, the player profile interface will provide a broader overview of player behaviours, spanning categories such as: key performance indicators, gameplay history, supplier activity, devices, currencies, geography and flagged events.
Operators will also be able to detect fluctuations in activity, analyse behavioural patterns, forecast player churn and identify any instances of potential fraudulent activity.
A year of growth for Hub88
Forming part of Yolo Group’s B2B brand portfolio, Hub88 has had a busy start to 2026, having kick-started the year by announcing its partnership with Mint, a new platform provider built on Web3 infrastructure.
Mint joined the likes of Soldicon and ZOOT Studios, both of which agreed to new content distribution agreements with the aggregation platform.
