Fast Track has upgraded its Rewards solution with the addition of a tournaments feature.
The latest upgrade allows operators to create tournaments, enabling players to compete against each other for prizes on real-time leaderboards.
The feature will also be integrated within Fast Track’s Singularity Model, which Fast Track emphasised will allow operators to match players to competitions based on their previous activity and preferences.
Simon Lidzén, CEO of Fast Track, commented: “Operators have either built tournaments in-house or used tools disconnected from their CRM, both creating friction at scale.
“Tournaments in Rewards solves that, but the real value is in relevance. Connected to the Singularity Model, operators aren’t just running competitions – they’re running the right competition for each player.”
Fast Track first launched Rewrads in January 2025, an AI-led promotions ecosystem to complement the company’s wider suite of CRM and engagement tools.
Through the new tournaments feature, operators will be able to provide prize structures that support unlimited leaderboard positions. Customisable widgets are available for both opt-in and standings, which can be displayed across platforms.
Greco moves under Fast Track umbrella
The unveiling of tournaments continues Fast Track’s strong start to the year, after the company recently announced that the gameplay risk management company Greco is now scaling fully under its product umbrella.
It’s a move, says Fast Track, that will help to expand and strengthen the platform as a core product.
Greco was founded back in 2021 as part of a joint venture with Fast Track, before being acquired by the vertical SaaS firm in February last year.
Lidzén stated at the time of the announcement: “This has always been about building something bigger than the sum of its parts. Greco adds a powerful new dimension to our platform.
“By bringing it fully under Fast Track, we can help operators scale their bonus strategies with the same sophistication they apply to CRM strategies – backed by real-time data, intelligence and world-class execution.”
