ChatForm AI is taking on a new identity by becoming an AI agent platform exclusively for iGaming and rebranding itself as Cevro AI.
Cevro AI will have AI agents act as VIP managers, building player connections to move support away from being reactive and transactional, helping operators enhance customer retention.
The company’s services are already utilised by the likes of Alpha Affiliates, EveryMatrix, Vegangster and White Hat Gaming, with players requesting the support of its agents.
