A list of 15 UK Gambling Commission-licensed white label brands have shut down their UK websites, fuelling speculation over the status of TGP Europe Ltd.

An almost identical message across sites expressed that their products are no longer available to UK players. Of the 15 sites, 13 stated that they would no longer be accepting new or existing customers from Thursday 8 May 2025 onwards.

One of the more prominent brands to shut down in the UK is DEBET, a Vietnamese-facing operator that has been the front-of-shirt sponsor of Premier League side Wolverhampton Wanderers since the beginning of the 2024/25 season.

DEBET is one of a myriad of operators that have ceased operations in the UK that were utilising the TGP Europe White Label to operate in the UK market.

SBOTOP, the front-of-shirt sponsor of Fulham, was one of the firms utilising TGP Europe’s white label services and has also halted UK operations, according to its website.

Celton Manx, the parent company of online sportsbook SBOTOP, also recently surrendered its Isle of Man licence. CEO Bill Mummery confirmed this to SBC Media via email.

SBOTOP, though owned by Celton Manx, was also active via a white label partnership with TGP Europe, which has been based in Douglas, Isle of Man, since its foundation in 2014.

An Isle of Man Gambling Supervision Commission (IOM GSC) statement read: “The Gambling Supervision Commission (GSC) is aware that with effect Friday 9 May 2025, Celton Manx has formally surrendered its licence.

“Celton Manx held a licence with the GSC under the Online Gambling Regulation Act since 2008. A licence holder may surrender their licence for various reasons and the GSC is unable to discuss individual circumstances in this regard.”

Several of the sites TGP Europe maintains white label agreement with also have commercial partnerships with Premier League football clubs, not just the aforementioned SBOTOP and DEBET.

AFC Bournemouth’s front-of-shirt sponsor, bj88 and Leicester City’s sponsor, BCGame, are also understood to be impacted by the shutdown.

All in all, the 15 TGP Europe-partnered firms to have closed down websites this week are 12bet, 96uk, bj88, DEBET, DuelBits, Fun88, Nova88Bet, Sportsbet.io, SBOTOP, Ticbet and UK-WL.

TGP Europe has also previously been subject to UKGC enforcement action. The firm was issued a £316,250 penalty and had additional terms attached to its licence in 2023 due to social responsibility and AML failures.
