Rebranding can come in all sorts of shapes and sizes, whether this be a large scale overhaul, a subtle alternation or anything that could fall between these two polar opposites.
For Slotegrator, the primary reason for implementing such a change boils down to one critical issue, the need for adaptability and staying true to what is hailed as the foundation for success across the global gambling landscape.
Barcelona provided the backdrop for the online casino and sports betting software and business solutions provider to pull back the curtain on its own business-wide revamp.
Speaking to iGaming Expert, COO, Olga Ivanchik, begins by detailing why now was deemed as a right time to adopt a new look, as well as the thought process behind such an undertaking.
“For us, the rebranding is not just about design,” she says. “It’s more about how our company has changed internally over the past few years. We have changed a lot. We’ve become bigger, more experienced, and started to be a lot more ambitious.
“We realised that the old image no longer represented us, so we felt ICE was the right moment to state that we are entering a new stage.”
Ivanchik also points to an overall maturation of the industry as a key reason for taking such a step, with this decision necessary in order to align with the current trajectory of the iGaming industry as a whole.
While speed was previously deemed the most luxurious quality of a potential partner, Slotegrator has witnessed a shift to compliance and stability, with partners looking for companies that they can rely on long-term.
Amid a belief that this rebrand reflects the ideas of sustainability, transparency and trust, she continues by elaborating on how this also demonstrates deeper structural and strategic changes within the company.
“The visuals are just the outer layer,” she explains. “Internally we did a great job in reworking our business processes with clients and strengthening our teams.
“Most importantly, we moved on from being just a software provider. Currently, our clients come to us not only for our technologies and products, they mostly come for us for our vision and strategy.
“Today we are a partner who’s deeply involved in our clients’ businesses and decision making.”
Furthermore, the group consistently stresses that this latest evolution remains true to the core principles that drive Slotegrator forward on a daily basis, with these centered around adapting, innovating, and growing together with its partners.
These values have not changed, Ivanchik notes, instead that are simply being applied in an alternative way and at a different level.
With it previously stated that “we are entering a new phase of growth, taking on a stronger role in the industry”, the conversation continues by looking at why such a change is necessary in order to correctly reflect this shift.
“Adapting now means being one step ahead, and innovation is no longer about technology only,” she says. “It’s about how we work, and growing together is about shared response.
“As our influence grows, so does our responsibility. Today, we provide strategy and a clear vision for our clients. To play this role properly, we need to show it.
“I believe that our brand now represents confidence and leadership, and I believe that this new identity helps us communicate this.”
With much optimism expressed and a clear vision established, attention swiftly switches to overall execution as we progress through 2026.
To wrap up the discussion, Ivanchik looks at what the year could have in store for Slotegrator, in addition to elaborating on how they plan to achieve such ambitions.
“2026 is about strengthening our position,” she concludes. “We are focusing on regulated markets, having a deep involvement in our clients’ business and investing in our teams and infrastructure.
“Our growth isn’t growth for its own sake, but it’s about long term stability. I’m sure that we’ll get there through this clear strategy and close work with our partners.”
