The iGaming landscape is awash with opportunity, and Pascal Gaming intends to take full advantage of those occasions that lie ahead.

Despite a seemingly never ending wave of releases being evident week on week, the studio has identified a number of openings that it is believed will enable the group to forge ahead.

In conversation with iGaming Expert, Head of Sales, Armen Mnaskanian, elaborates on just where the studio will target next, how it plans to continue its upwards trajectory and why UX is the critical factor to achieving these goals.

iGaming Expert: Could you tell us about Pascal Gaming’s current focus when it comes to its gaming development practices?

Armen Mnaskanian: Our focus is on combining innovation with simplicity. We deliver a strong and diverse portfolio that includes slots, crash, instant, table games, and virtuals.

What makes us stand out is that we connect science with storytelling – creating mechanics that not only excite but also build memorable stories for players. At the same time, we keep fairness and transparency at the core of all our development.

iGX: A new focus has been placed upon narrative-driven games, why was this decision taken by yourselves?

AM: We saw that many players want more than just mechanics. They want to feel part of an experience. By adding narrative-driven features we make games more engaging and emotional, giving players a reason to return. It’s about entertainment, not only outcomes.

iGX: Do you believe that this could exploit a relatively untouched section of the iGaming landscape and push Pascal Gaming to new heights?

AM: Yes. Storytelling-driven games are still under-explored in iGaming. By entering this space with strong concepts, we believe Pascal Gaming can capture new audiences and create a clear competitive advantage.

iGX: Can you give us a little detail on the nuances of specific titles that will fit this current outlook, and why, and where, you believe that they will be a hit with players?

AM: We have several examples. Franken Alive is the next addition to our story-themed games, offering a dark and captivating experience.

Our Asian-themed animal series is designed for Latin American markets, where players enjoy simple, colorful, and thematic slots.

At the same time, we take care of features that help retain players. Fortune Chest slots – bonus-driven Hold & Win mechanics with jackpots. These games keep players engaged with dynamic runs and big win potential.

Victory Coins – a new category for us where players collect sticky symbols, giving an exciting re-spin flow.

iGX: Moving things along, LatAm has been a key point of expansion. Could you tell us about your current standing within the region, and where your footprint currently stands?

AM: We are already certified and licensed in Brazil, Peru, Ecuador, Buenos Aires and our games have proven very successful in the region. LatAm players particularly enjoy mobile-first, fast-paced, and bonus-driven content, which matches perfectly with our crash, instant, and slot portfolio.

iGX: What can we expect from Pascal Gaming next within LatAm when it comes to target markets for expansion and tailored gaming titles within existing markets?

AM: Our next steps are to strengthen Brazil further and grow in LatAm. We are also tailoring titles for local preferences, like our Animal slot series built especially for LatAm players. We plan to continue delivering games with cultural themes, quick sessions, and strong jackpot features, which fit local player behaviour.

iGX: Africa is also a prime target. What opportunities do you believe that this region presents, and how and where do you plan to exploit these?

AM: Africa is one of the fastest-growing regions, with a market that is mobile-driven and retail-friendly. Our lightweight instant and crash games fit perfectly, because they are simple, exciting, and optimised for mobile devices. We already hold certification in South Africa, and our plan is to expand in Africa and focus on both online and retail channels.

iGX: To wrap-up, and with everything we have spoken about in mind, what importance do you place on UX to achieve each of your goals, and how critical have you found that effective UX is to achieve consistent growth?

AM: UX is absolutely central. We design everything mobile-first, with clear interfaces and fast performance. A strong UX ensures that players trust the games, stay engaged, and return. In short, effective UX is the foundation for consistent growth and long-term success in every market.
