Slotegrator COO Olga Ivanchik lays out why it was time for the company to rebrand, from the evolution of the company’s suite of products to the development of the teams and processes that make them work.
What internal changes led to rebranding as a logical step to sustain momentum and push the company to the next level?
After 13 years of growth, Slotegrator is at a very different stage from when the company was first founded.
Our product portfolio is continually expanding, and the products themselves are becoming more complex, more refined, and better adapted to the industry’s demands — often with the help of well-crafted AI tools. At every turn, we’re building on the past to create something better for the next phase. We’re still the same company, but a stronger, faster, smarter, rejuvenated version.
Of course, you can’t talk about change without talking about the people who make it happen: our clients, who are the inspiration for everything we do, from innovative new solutions to 24/7 service; and our employees, who have a level of expertise and dedication that I honestly admire.
Commitment to change has become an ethos for us — a constant drive to stay at the cutting edge of an ever-changing industry. Ultimately, our capabilities and ambition outgrew our old image, so it was time for an update. We know who we’ve become; our new visual identity reflects that evolution.
With Slotegrator at a transitional phase in its journey, what do you expect from this new direction? What gives you confidence that it will deliver long-term value?
Today, operators need more than a platform — they need a trusted partner to navigate complexity and support long-term growth.
Our rebrand sends a clear signal that we are that partner: We help clients navigate all the legal, strategic, and technical nuances of launching and running a successful iGaming business. If that sounds like a big promise, it is — but it’s one we’re committed to delivering. That’s why we fully expect to maintain and improve our position in regulated markets, strengthen our partnerships, and continue investing in our team and infrastructure, with better and better results.
As for confidence — there’s no shortage in that area. The transformations that inspired the rebrand aren’t skin-deep; they’re profound, systemic, and intentional, giving us a real foundation for sustainable improvements in performance.
We’ve modernised our platform and processes and created a more integrated approach to working with clients, enhancing both technical and strategic aspects along the way.
We’ve also strengthened our C-level team, refined our product strategy, and sharpened our approach to AI, which we believe is a make-or-break tool — when everyone has access to AI tools, the companies that really know how to deploy them effectively will be the ones who succeed in the long run.
We’re talking about some significant changes. That’s why we deliberately chose such a bold rebranding — it’s both a visual statement and a promise to the market, and we’ve made that promise part of our strategy.
How did your clients respond to the rebrand and strategic shift? Was there any hesitation? If so, how did you address and reassure them during the transition?
In short, the clients loved it. We were in constant communication with our clients and partners, and for them the change was a smooth, natural process. Many of them found it completely unsurprising, having witnessed the changes happening in real time already.
There wasn’t anything I would call hesitation, but of course, any transition can introduce uncertainty, so we carefully considered every piece of information and feedback our clients provided.
Our goal was to make the transformation as transparent, smooth, and low-risk as possible. When clients feel heard, understood, and valued, they’re far more willing to build long-term partnerships to the benefit of both parties.
The iGaming space evolves rapidly. How important is it to keep adapting and building on an already strong foundation for long-term success?
At Slotegrator, our philosophy is “Evolve to lead”. We didn’t just pick that out of thin air; it reflects a fundamental truth of the fast-paced iGaming industry, where adaptability makes the difference between success and failure.
Today, markets are more complex, regulations are more stringent, and the technology is advancing more rapidly than ever before. Operators expect partners to keep up with the changes while delivering stable, scalable solutions. Staying ahead requires continuous growth, both internal and external.
Having a solid foundation helps you anticipate and react to change. Our core products give us that foundation, and our philosophy — evolve to lead — points us in the right direction for growth.
Ultimately, our clients’ success is our own, so we keep providing them with the tools and insights they need for long-term success.
From a leadership perspective, what steps are you taking to make sure that your ambitions are not only met but exceeded?
We apply a transformational leadership approach — a philosophy introduced by James Burns, an American scientist and leadership expert. This involves leading by example and motivating our teams through support and empowerment. For us, every point of view and every idea is valued, no matter where it comes from.
This creates an environment where talent can grow. The result? Driven professionals coming up with ambitious products. To maintain a consistent leadership style throughout the company, we are introducing training programs for mid-level managers and team leads, strengthening feedback culture, and fostering recognition as the fuel of transformational leadership.
For us, management and direction are indispensable to clients’ and the business’s success. By empowering our teams and supporting ownership, we make our employees catalysts for change and growth. This is the mindset that turns potential into real results
