Vegangster is seeking to scale its AI-powered player support services through a new collaboration with Cevro AI.
Through the partnership, Vegangster will embed Cevro AI’s “emphatic and intelligent” AI agents into its ecosystem.
In doing so, this will allow the platform providers’ network of partners to provide 24/7 personalised player support through agents that can provide assistance across onboarding and account questions, as well as payments, bonuses and responsible gaming.
“We build our platform to give operators the sharpest tools to launch quickly and scale with confidence. Partnering with Cevro AI means our clients can now provide round-the-clock support that is both personal and efficient, without increasing headcount,” commented Michael Oziransky, Chief Product Officer at Vegangster.
Cevro AI’s Chief Product Officer, Chaim Heber, also expressed pride in joining forces with Vegangster in a partnership that highlights the pair’s “commitment to innovation in iGaming”.
Beyond the Buzzword
Oziranksky recently sat down with iGaming Expert to examine the role of AI in shaping Vegangster’s future, and explain why the technology is not just a buzzword.
“AI is all over the place. Everybody is using it as a promotional tool at event stands, campaigns, and we are obviously also exploring it internally,” he explained.
“Any process that was done manually should be reviewed and optimised using AI. What LLM brings is basically working with a lot of unstructured data, and being able to understand it, structure it, and then create the workflows.
“Our main focus for the near future is going to be reimagining the AI assistant for the operator that doesn’t only focus on things like CRM campaigns, [but also] what’s called agents: workflows with integrated LLM.”
Although Oziransky was clear that AI automation is the future, some aspects still require a human touch, which includes VIP support.
“This aspect is super tailored, with a very personal connection to the player, and not just a workflow,” he added.
