Amid a very competitive market and a busy context for iGaming, Gamingtec continues to build a reputation as a leading platform provider for the global market.
With a fame for their adaptability and fast time-to-market, they have become an operator favourite, which are always looking for launching efficiently in highly competitive jurisdictions.
Vahag Ghalumyan, Business Development Executive at Gamingtec, talked with iGaming Expert about the industry’s challenges, and how the company stays at the forefront of a market with such fierce competition.
“We combine speed, flexibility, and openness. Gamingtec is known for fast setup and launch velocity, helping operators go live in a matter of weeks. At the same time, our ‘open book’ philosophy gives partners full freedom to integrate any third-party provider or system, even when we already offer similar services. That transparency, together with deep market knowledge and strong operational support, allows us to stand out in highly competitive markets,” said Ghalumyan.
With their solutions Gamingtec White Label, Gamingtec Turnkey, and Gamingtec Casino, the provider has been partnering with major companies all over the world, setting a foothold in Europe, Africa, Latin America, and more.
Recently, they introduced the Gamingtec Agent System, a powerful tool for managing agents and sub-agents in real time. According to Ghalumyan, it allows partners to create, track, and reward agents with flexible commission structures, full visibility on player activity, and transparent reporting; partners can monitor performance, detect trends, and adjust campaigns instantly.
This solution eliminates the need of third-party tools or manual workarounds to manage their agent networks, which used to create delays and reduce transparency. However, the new solution “closes those gaps by embedding everything natively in the Gamingtec platform: real-time data flow, accurate reporting, customisable commission models, and automated payouts. It makes the entire process easier, faster, and more scalable,” he said.
He also highlighted the good results among the early adopters, which “report higher efficiency in agent management, better engagement from their networks, and it also opens opportunities for us to enter new markets where an agent system is essential.”
Gamingtec showcased its full offering at SBC Summit 2025, where Ghalumyan found the majority of conversations revolving around “fast market entry, flexible licensing options, and the ability to operate in challenging jurisdictions.”
Vahag added: “Partners were especially interested in turnkey and white label solutions.”
As 2025 draws to a close and a challenging, but promising, 2026 just around the corner, he announced: “We will continue expanding into new markets and strengthening our position where we already operate. At the same time, we are working on improving our platform and adding tools that make it easier for partners to adapt to changing market needs. Our focus remains on flexibility, scalability, and supporting sustainable growth for our clients.”
