Teni Grigoryan

iGaming Expert: 2024 has been a jam-packed year for Galaxsys. What have been the key highlights of the last 12 months and what are your major achievements?

Teni Grigoryan: 2024 was a year of growth, innovation and global recognition for Galaxsys. With over three years in the industry, we’ve decided to take on even bigger projects this year, and I truly believe 2024 was the year we lay the foundation for future success.

One major milestone we’ve been eagerly waiting to share is the launch of our own slot games. It’s a significant challenge for us, especially since we’re known in the industry for our fast and skill games. But it also shows that we’re always evolving, always pushing ourselves to do more and go further. Our new slot games are a perfect example of that, and some of them will be introduced very soon, at ICE Barcelona 2025.

iGX: 2025 poses new opportunities and challenges. What are Galaxsysmajor objectives for the year and what is your strategy to achieve these goals?

TG: In 2025, we’re focusing on main goals like expanding our game portfolio, growing in key markets, and continuing to innovate. We’re excited to launch new games, including slots and exclusive collaborations like Figoal, to reach a wider audience. Strengthening our presence in Europe and Latin America is also a top priority, and the recent updates to our licenses and certifications, such as with the UK Gambling Commission, have already opened up new opportunities.

iGX: In January, Galaxsys will exhibit in Barcelona for ICE. What is your major focus for the event and what can readers expect from your stand?

TG: This year, we’ll be introducing a fresh approach under the slogan “One Portfolio, Endless Adventures”, with a new way of presenting our games. Instead of focusing on one game, we’re showcasing our entire portfolio. One of the major updates we’re excited to reveal is Figoal, a game developed in collaboration with football icon Luís Figo. This is a huge milestone for us, and we’re incredibly proud to introduce it at ICE.

Another big reveal will be our new slot game, Funny Faces: Hoglet-Moglet. It’s a slot game with a unique twist, since after each bet, players have the chance to land the special hoglet-dice symbol, which triggers an extra move along a track that circles the playing board. We’ll showcase several unique features and highlights of this game at our stand.

iGX: What do you feel are the key themes and trends in the crash game and skill game sector for the year ahead?

TG: In the crash game and skill game sector, we’re seeing a continued focus on innovation, player engagement, and expanding the types of experiences. One key trend is the growing demand for more interactive and immersive gameplay. Players are looking for new ways to engage with games, and developers are responding with features that go beyond just simple mechanics.

There’s also an increasing interest in collaborations with well-known personalities, like our Figoal game developed in partnership with football legend Luís Figo. This type of collaboration is gaining traction as a way to bring fresh excitement to the gaming experience and attract a broader audience. Another trend is the integration of social elements within games. Players are seeking more opportunities to connect, compete, and share their experiences with others, which is shaping the direction of both crash and skill games.

Overall, the year ahead will likely bring further innovation in gameplay mechanics, user experience, and strategic partnerships, with a strong emphasis on keeping games dynamic and engaging.

iGX: In 2025, Galaxsys is taking steps into the slots space – what can you tell us about this launch and what type of games will you be developing?

TG: Galaxsys is expanding into the slots market to enhance our portfolio and meet the rising demand for diverse gaming experiences. Slots are highly popular globally, allowing us to offer a broader range of games to operators.

This month, we’ll be launching our first slot games, with more planned for the coming months. I’m confident that the industry will welcome our slot games in the same way it did when we first launched our fast and skill games, and we’re fully prepared for this exciting new chapter. Just like all our games, our slot titles will be diverse, designed to meet the needs of a wide range of partners.

iGX: Why has Galaxsys decided to add slots into its portfolio of games and how does it plan to add the games into the commercial mix in 2025?

TG: We’ve been planning the launch of our slot games for some time now, and it’s a major milestone that reflects our ongoing commitment to progress and setting new goals. As I mentioned, for the past three years, we’ve built a strong reputation in the industry as a provider of fast and skill games, and we’ve received significant recognition for them. This move allows us to diversify our portfolio even further, attract a wider audience, and bring fresh experiences to our partners and their players. Adding slot games to our portfolio is a challenge we’re excited to take on.

iGX: 2024 saw Galaxsys enter new markets such as Sweden and the UK, while releasing plenty of new content. What can we expect from Galaxsys in 2025 on these fronts? Can you tease anything new for our readers?

TG: In 2025, we’re planning to continue building on the success we’ve seen in markets like Sweden and the UK. We’ll be expanding further into new regions and strengthening our presence in Europe, Latin America, and Asia. This will involve forming more strategic partnerships to help us reach new audiences and grow in these key areas. As for new content, we’ve got some exciting additions lined up. We’ll continue to innovate with fresh game releases, including more slots, and we’re looking forward to some exclusive partnerships, like our collaboration with Luís Figo on Figoal. We’ve got a lot in store for 2025, and will continue to reveal the big surprises one by one as the year progresses.
