ICONIC21 looks to cash in on Free Chips engagement boost

ICONIC21 has boosted its player engagement capabilities with the launch of Free Chips.

Designed to be used in promotions for new and existing customers, ICONIC21 described the feature as a ‘flexible and fully customisable’ way to engage players by allowing operators to offer adjustable bonus amounts across all its live games.

As a result, Free Chips can be varied for different player segments, campaign goals or promotion periods surrounding special events.

Edvardas Sadovskis, Chief Product Officer at ICONIC21, commented: “Free Chips gives operators a simple and effective promotional tool that works across the entire live portfolio. It easily adapts to different campaign strategies and is especially effective for player acquisition, allowing players to try games for free while still having a chance to win real rewards.”

According to ICONIC21, players will be able to track their Free Chips balance and accumulated winnings. Once all chips have been used, their winnings will be converted automatically to their main balance.

The feature can also be integrated within existing promotional structures, which ICONIC21 emphasised allows for quick implementation.

Sadovskis added: “We designed the infrastructure to be clean, automated, and easy to manage, so operators can focus on campaign strategy rather than operational complexity. That is what a strong promotional tool should deliver.”

Alongside new features, ICONIC21 has also expanded the reach of its content.

Last month, the developer announced a new partnership with the aggregation platform Lynon to integrate its full suite of slots, live casino and virtual games.

Among the games now available to Lynon’s partners is Gravity Wheel, the latest addition to ICONIC21’s Gravity series.
