Tipico Group has secured a partnership with Gamanza Engage to bolster its Games product’s player engagement in Germany.

Gamanza will supply Tipico with its responsible engagement ecosystem of tailored gamification mechanics and CRM, including gamification, free-to-play games and CRM capabilities.

The partnership will help Tipico deliver more interactive, dynamic player journeys, while also supporting its engagement and retention objectives and staying compliant with the German iGaming market’s regulatory and responsible play requirements. Gamanza is also joining Tipico’s trusted partner program.

Stefan Esch Schulte, Head of Tipico Games, stated: “Gamification is a core pillar of our player engagement strategy for Tipico Games.

“Gamanza Engage offers a flexible and well-engineered approach that allows us to enhance the player journey in a way that is both engaging and fully aligned with our regulatory responsibilities. Therefore, we are very happy to onboard Gamanza Engage to the Tipico Trusted Partner Initiative, too.”

Gamanza Engage supplies interactive mechanics to operators which reward participation, progression and loyalty, without directly incentivising spend.

Mechanics can be fine-tuned to match specific operational and market requirements, with AI-driven capabilities and large-scale prediction models supporting engagement and optimisation.

Andrés Blanco, Managing Director and Chief Product Officer for Gamanza Engage, added: “We are proud that Tipico Games has chosen Gamanza Engage as a partner for gamification and CRM.

“Tipico is a highly respected operator with a strong focus on product quality and player experience. This partnership reflects a shared belief that meaningful engagement is built through thoughtful interaction, precision, and long-term player value rather than short-term incentives.”

Earlier this year, the Tipico brand moved one step closer to merging with Betclic after Banijay Group confirmed the sale of its majority stake in the German iGaming brand bet-at-home.com AG.
