Galaxsys shifts focus to direct player engagement

Galaxsys is embarking on a strategic shift, announcing its expansion into the highly competitive slots vertical while simultaneously concentrating its efforts on connecting directly with the B2C audience.

Leveraging a strong foundational network built within the B2B sector, the supplier views slots as a significant new revenue stream, combining this expansion with an immediate goal of proper player education and direct engagement. 

This move sees the company looking to replicate the success it has already found with hit instant games such as Ninja Crush and Tower Rush.

Shedding light on the company’s future strategy and current market views during an interview at the SBC Summit was Teni Grigoryan, the Chief Sales Partner and Management Officer.

Grigoryan outlined the company’s objective for direct connection, stating: “We already built a strong network in the B2B part of the business. We have great partnerships and at the moment we are concentrating on connecting to the players directly and the success will look like having them educated properly about our games and connecting them through streamers, affiliates, influencers and through many more channels”.

The expansion into slots will focus on ‘delivering the best of the two worlds,’ combining player favourites with the ‘distinctive touch and style unique’ to Galaxsys. Grigoryan confirmed that Galaxsys plans to maintain the same approach used successfully for its instant games, concentrating on unique concepts and mechanics.

The design philosophy remains rooted in player needs, with product design and commercial teams tracking trends hand-in-hand to deliver an audience-focused roadmap.

Looking ahead, Galaxsys affirmed that it will not completely pivot to the slots vertical but will keep both categories active within its portfolio. Although the company is ready to dive deeper into slots, the long-term prediction from the company regarding the overall industry, suggests that instant games will continue to grow in strength as players increasingly seek content that is easier, faster, and more intuitive.
