This week has seen a number of deals from the online casino industry as several partnerships and expansion efforts have been agreed across multiple continents.

3 Oaks Gaming bolsters Portuguese position

3 Oaks Gaming has reinforced its position in the Portuguese market by offering its roster of slots to Betclic

The deal follows 3 Oaks Gaming’s decision to certify 40 slot releases for the Portuguese market last year, meeting the regulatory standards set by the nation’s gambling regulator the Serviço de Regulação e Inspeção de Jogos Turismo de Portugal (SRIJ).

Yuriy Muratov, Chief Commercial Officer at 3 Oaks Gaming, commented: “We are thrilled to partner with Betclic, a recognised leader in Portugal’s online gaming sector. This collaboration aligns seamlessly with our growth strategy, allowing us to expand our reach into one of Europe’s key regulated markets thanks to IGT PlayDigital’s platform.”

Within 3 Oaks Gaming’s slot offering, Betclic’s Portuguese player base will be able to spin the reels on slot titles such as Aztec Fire, Grab the Gold and More Magic Apple.

EveryMatrix takes on US growth

EveryMatrix’s slot content is set to reach more players in the US as the igaming provider formed partnerships with Rush Street Interactive (RSI) and BetMGM in West Virginia.

Content to be made available to the tier-one operators include slots from EveryMatrix’s in-house studio Armadillo Studios and recently-acquired slot studio Fantasma Games

The provider’s SlotMatrix portfolio will also be made available to the two brands, offering over 30,000 aggregated online casino games from more than 350 studio partners.

The deal builds on previous relationships with RSI and BetMGM as the two operators have previously taken slots from the two EveryMatrix studios live in New Jersey and Michigan.

“Our North American footprint is rapidly growing and we have ambitious plans to accelerate our roadmap across 2025 and beyond,” said Erik Nyman, President, EveryMatrix Americas.

“SlotMatrix is at the core of our content integration strategy delivering tier-one US and Canadian brands with new and existing high-performing content, strengthened later this year by Fantasma Games that already has strong US market share and further bolstered by our vast aggregation portfolio.”

Greentube rebrands Ineor to Greentube

Novomatic’s Digital Gaming and Entertainment division Greentube has rebranded its Slovenian software solutions subsidiary Ineor to Greentube SI.

Having acquired 80% of the software solutions provider in January 2023, this move aims to solidify the acquisition by stamping Greentube’s company name on the brand.

“We are delighted to officially rename Ineor as Greentube SI,” said Michael Bauer, CFO/CGO at Greentube.

“Greentube remains committed to investing in top-tier technology, talent and strategic partnerships, and we look forward to delivering greater value to our players and partners with Greentube SI now permanently embedded in the Greentube family.”

The renaming to Greentube SI hopes to reinforce the company’s ‘ongoing commitment to expanding its technological foundation across Europe’ and will ‘enhance its ability’ to deliver digital solutions across its partner network.

Dejan Spasovski, Founder of Greentube SI, added: “Greentube SI is a natural progression of this long-standing partnership. Over the years, merged teams worked hand-in-hand to deliver world-class gaming solutions, and this latest development marks the start of the next exciting and successful chapter, now under the same name.

“With Greentube’s commitment to innovation and its expansive global reach, the Slovenian subsidiary continues to be fully committed to the opportunities ahead and remains extremely focused in providing cutting-edge technology to lead the entire Greentube group portfolio.”
