Amusnet is enhancing player engagement for its operating partners with the launch of the promotional tool Cashback.
Cashback brings automated promotional capabilities to the bonus platform, which the iGaming supplier says is ‘designed to improve player retention and operator flexibility’.
The tool will allow operators to run promotions that utilise configurable criteria to automatically credit players with part of their wagers or losses, ‘creating stronger incentives for continued engagement’.
Amusnet stated: “The Cashback system introduces a flexible promotional mechanism where rewards are calculated and distributed automatically, eliminating manual payout processes.
“Operators can design tailored promotions with specific qualification rules, enabling more targeted retention strategies and greater control over promotional outcomes. Players benefit from transparent and rewarding incentives that encourage ongoing participation and gameplay engagement.”
Cashback features include back-office configuration tools and in-game UI elements for a ‘seamless experience’, with operators gaining the ability to create and monitor promotions, while players gain visibility on cashback progress and rewards during active promotions.
The supplier added: “This rollout strengthens Amusnet’s commitment to innovation in promotional mechanics and bonus functionalities, delivering greater value to operators and enhanced engagement opportunities for players.
“Further developments in the promotional ecosystem are planned to expand functionality and support additional use cases in the future.”
