iGP has enhanced its customer offering through a collaboration with SameGrid, gaining the provider’s Game Park and PayLab solutions.
The deal sees iGP add the two solutions to its iGaming platform in a bid to bolster customer experiences and strengthen its technology stack.

Firstly, GamePark is a data-driven AI recommendation engine, which uses content recommendations to create personalized customer experiences based on a range of factors.
These include ‘Because You Played’, ‘Similar Players Liked’, ‘Exclusive VIP Picks’, and thematic-based game selections, among other categories.
The engine can be integrated within any CRM, while recommendations can also be tailored to iGP’s partners’ KPIs and business costs.

Meanwhile, PayLab is a payment orchestration and reconciliation service that offers access to over 400 payment service providers, more than 100 currencies and cryptocurrencies, and advanced geo-targeting.
Additionally, this system boasts a range of in-built Managed Services, including full PSP management, risk and fraud management and marketing and commercial support.
