ELA Games has strengthened its leadership team with the appointment of Peter Vonarshenko as Senior Business Development Manager.

Vonarshenko brings significant experience to the iGaming software development studio after serving as Business Development Manager for SOFTSWISS and Evoplay over the last three years.

He will be tasked with creating new partnerships and driving ELA Games’ strategic growth ambitions.

On his new role, Vonarshenko commented: “It’s a pleasure to work with ELA Games after hearing about the company for a while. The studio’s vision and innovative content resonates with me, and I look forward to helping ELA Games grow into an online gaming powerhouse.”

The appointment of Vonarshenko continues ELA Games’ recent recruitment drive. Last month, the company announced Marharyta Yerina, also formerly of Evoplay, as its new Managing Director.

Yerina brings more than 12 years of finance and operations experience to the iGaming studio. She served as Head of Finance and Chief Financial Officer during her four years at Evoplay.

Danish focus

Alongside bolstering its executive team, ELA Games has continued its European expansion efforts, focusing particularly on the Danish market.

In April, the studio announced a strategic partnership with the casino operator, Casino House. Through the deal, Casino House’s players gained access to content from ELA Games, including titles such as Cash of Gods, It’s Shark Time and Lucky Dwarfs.

More recently, ELA Games signed a similar deal with Danske Licens Spil that will see the studio’s content portfolio featured on the Tivoli Casino platform.

On the partnership with Danske Licens Spil, Yerina commented: “Our partnership with Danske Licens Spil enables us to enter the Danish market through the Tivoli Casino brand and highlights our ambitious expansion and sustainable growth.

“We’re excited to introduce our games to a new target audience, and we hope to create market-specific games that resonate with Danish players to ensure we become a recognisable figure.”
