Gamingtec raises their glass for the future of iGaming in Chile

While Brazil’s iGaming and sports betting industry may be monopolizing the debate in Latin America, there is a lot of potential beyond its borders.

Awarded with the Bronze in the “Rising Star in Sports Betting” during SBC Awards Americas 2025, Gamingtec knows how to identify an emerging opportunity, which is why it hosted Gamingtec Prime, an exclusive event for selected clients in Chile, one of the brightest-looking markets in the region.

On May 28, a group of its partners gathered at the vineyards of Estancia El Cuadro, Casablanca, for a thorough review of the country’s landscape.

Leading the discussion was no other than lawyer Carlos Baeza, who has been at the forefront of the iGaming segment’s push for nationwide regulation, and advocating for the proper development of the industry in Chile.

With recent reports showing that gross gaming revenue (GGR) reached 3.1 billion dollars, and 5.4 million chileans interacted with iGaming platforms in 2024, Baeza believes that the segment could bring 10 times more revenue for the state than it originally forecasted.

“This confirms that we are not talking about a marginal market, but rather a consolidated industry,” Baeza recently said about the situation of the Chilean market and its potential.

Alongside the local lawyer, Gamingtec’s Commercial Director Andrei Beu and Head of Marketing Hugo Nogueira presented the latest from the company and led a live demo of its platform.

With its Turnkey and White Label solutions for online casino and sports betting operators, Gamingtec is committed to provide a personalised  experience to each one of its partners in Latin America, and the rest of the world.

And, as Chile’s definitive regulatory scheme is still pending, dozens of operators try to make way in a promising country. Gamingtec vows to walk the path to success hand in hand with them, catering to their special needs, whether they want the quickest time-to-market and a fully managed solution by their team of experts or a tailor-made turnkey solution where they dictate the pace and functionality within a design of their own creation.

According to Andrei Beu, the expansion in Latin America is among the main goals of the company for the year, meaning that any operators that share their ambition may find an ideal partner to make their move.

The provider has also recently launched Crasher.mx in Mexico and Appuesta.com in South America, both part of Gamingtec’s wider push into new markets across the region.

That adds up to what Hugo Nogueira describes as a 100% tropicalisable product, as it can adapt its offering to the specific needs of each region, whether it’s Chile or any other market in Latin America.

By hosting this gathering in the heart of Chile, not only did Gamingtec reaffirmed its will to stay close to its partners, but it also shed some light on where the gaming industry’s been, where it is now, and where it’s heading in the country.
